Detailed below is the information we would require:

1. Your postal address and date of birth

2. A copy of your return or notice to complete

3. A P60 and P11D (if applicable)

4. Bank/Building Society interest (if applicable)

5. Details of any dividends received (if applicable)

6. PAYE coding notice (if applicable)

7. Pension details (if not accounted for under PAYE)

8. If you have received rental income that is not covered by the 'Rent a Room' Scheme, we also need the following:

a. Address of rental properties

b. Are they jointly owned?

c. Are they furnished let?

d. Details of rental income

e. Details of expenses to include – management fees, repairs, mortgage interest etc.
